I am very pleased with my experience with Ship A Car. My broker is Howard, and he is courteous and professional with his all encounters with me. I was shopping a car from Mississippi to California. Their price point is higher than other companies, but it is worth paying a little more for the peace of mind that the job is going to get done. I shipped cars before with other companies who didn't deliver service as promised and it left me in a bind. So, it was very refreshing to have someone call me as promised, several days before to finalize plans, and the day before the car's pick up to confirm the time of pick up. My car was picked up the day before planned and the delivered a day early. I am so happy with this stellar service that I am using this company again to transport a different car. The service you receive is second to none. I had questions as my timeline was tight, and Howard answered my questions every step of the way; he returned my calls promptly and I was never left in the dark. Highly recommend!! You get what you pay for.

I recently relocated and I needed to move my car, so I shopped around. I called around getting quotes, it was a lengthy process; I called ship a car and I was connected to Justin, he was so curtious and informative on the process of shipping a car. He explained to me in detail about the payment process and who to contact in case there was an emergency while my car was being transported. The driver he set up for me was very pleasant, they worked with me and made sure I was home before they delivered my car. If i ever need to ship a car again I will call Justin just to make my life easier!

These guys were able to help transport our vehicle within a 8 day span. They are fast, and Joseph provides great communication throughout the whole process. We are a used car dealership so obviously the treatment of our vehicle during transport was a big factor, yet the driver did not leave a single scratch on the vehicle that the Auto Auction had not previously done a report on. Shipacarinc.com is a very good company i am not a review writer type a guy but for this company i had to write one for them shipped car from TX, to MA They sent a professional driver to pick up my car got their safely, their price is fair while other guys offer you a low price i would not go with them. I will be using this company again in the future worked with guy named Willie who was more than professional.

Dana was great to deal with. I had a deadline to meet and she was very easy to communicate with via phone and email. She chased down the trucking company personally when they missed their pickup time and resolved the issue. I will use again.

Being a small online dealer I ship a couple of cars a month. So over the years, I've ran into my fair share of auto transport headaches! I am happy to say that this was my first time giving Ship A Car a try and they delivered the car for the price they originally quoted me and it came safely to my customer in the same condition that I sent it in. The hold time was a bit much... but I understand that they are working on it! Overall great experience and I will start using them all the time. They even sent me at $25 AMEX gift card when I referred my sister to them!

I worked with Paul S. He gave me a competitive quote. Agreed to the price and he came back quick with a transport but they wanted $80 more. I declined because it was more than original quote. He got me 3 more quotes a few days later and all wanted $80+ more from original quote. Still competitive, so I agreed with one finally, albeit hesitant because I didn’t like having to pay more but like I said, still competitive. Well, I was pleasantly surprised with the transport chosen, they did a great job! On time pick up, on time (even a bit early) delivery, kept me updated on everything along the way. In the end of the story, a very positive experience! Would use them and recommend them again!

I dealt with Justen over the phone. They got my motorcycle to me safely in an enclosed transport on time and significantly cheaper than anyone else. PS don't use uship.com for reviews, those reviews are all fake as hell.

I would allow this company to transport my car again I first spoke with Bob, who is a very pleasant, easy to talk to, caring fellow. He goes beyond most companies in trying to find a car transporter for the date needed. He returns calls quickly and stays in touch with updates. I really enjoyed working with him as he's just so pleasant and on top of things.

I needed to transport my car for the first time ever. I had no idea how this business worked until i spoke with Lisa Panuccio. I called a few companies to find out cost and of course looking for the lowest price. But you get what you pay for. After finally talking to Lisa everythimg made sense. I decided that since she was the only one that spent the time to help me i booked with her even if it was higher than others. Witin a few days she found me a driver and my car arrived safely.

Wanted to my daughter car transported across the country they responded right away with a quote over the phone truck was near by the next business day to pick up. Driver called us met us at Wal-Mart we made the exchange.

The process went well. The agent followed up when he said he would. The delivery was the day that it was supposed to be. Everything got here without damage. It was very good. Highly recommended.

I contacted BOB because some friends that also used the service. He was incredibly personable very helpful got right back to me and I thought his price was very fair. I contracted with Ship a Car to pick up and deliver a motorcycle. Steve was great to work with. They arranged for the motorcycle to be picked up on a Saturday and it was delivered to me 900 miles away, the next day (as Sunday). I was amazed. Price was reasonable and they far exceeded my expectations. I have used other motorcycle shippers in the past but this was the best experience by far. I will definitely use them again.

In my opinion, ShipaCar can NOT be outdone. I was not shipping a car but rather three sheds, a pallet of parts and a tractor. Danny was my agent and he is outstanding. First he was meticulous with understanding my needs and arranged a pickup and delivery schedule that was exactly what I requested. His pick up driver was so helpful and made sure my atypical items were secured properly. Robert, my delivery transporter was so courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Getting my load off the trailer was not an easy drive-off but he gave prudent advice to my unloader and we accomplished the feat in short order. Hats off to Danny and his TEAM!!

I had a seamless first-time vehicle transport experience with Ship A Car, inc. I know that is largely because of Bob Moran, the coordinator who helped me. Personable, patient, professional, always willing to answer further questions, he gave me excellent customer service and I greatly appreciate it! I was so nervous and dreading getting started but Bob put me at ease and I quickly gained great confidence in the company because of his easy and knowledgeable communication. In addition, the driver dispatched to move my car from Los Angeles To St Petersburg, Florida was punctual, called when he was supposed to, prior to pickup/delivery, and made great time completing the transport. He picked up Monday around 2 pm and delivered at 9 am on that Friday. I have nothing but praise for Ship A Car, Inc. and enthusiastically recommend them!

This was my first time to use Ship A Car Inc. I asked them to transport a 30,000 pound telehandler, or boom lift, from Cedar Rapids, Iowa to Gulfport, Mississippi. I was surprised that they were able to get the equipment out of Iowa ahead of the bad weather, but they did. Very prompt service. The driver was an extremely conscientious individual who saw that there was a hatch problem on the equipment which needed attention before hitting the road. He took of that for me. The load was professionally secured, and made it down here in perfect shape! I am very impressed with Ship A Car Inc., and highly recommend them to anyone needing vehicles or equipment transported over a long distance! I mean these guys went above and beyond from my first phone call to final delivery!

Paid $900 + to have my car shipped from Colorado to South Carolina. Helped the driver load my car onto a flat bed on 6/23/16, armed my alarm, and filled out paperwork, and paid the requested cash amount. The Car was to be delivered at my mother-in laws house on 6/25/16. The Driver stated that this would not be an issue. I told him that it wasn't a huge deal if it took another day or so. The 25th came around so I text and called the driver and asked him to please arrange a time with my mother-in law so she will be home to receive the car. He said that he would right away, she never received any call. The next day I called again to no response, so I called shipacar and had no response from them. Finally received a call telling me that the driver broke his leg and his boss would be delivering the car, still no exact date or time. A Couple of days go by and the car finally shows up at her house with not the original driver, not the boss, but a part time college kid. This was the early afternoon on 6/28/16, Three Days Late. The driver and the company didn't know that I have a gps system built into my alarm. My car basically stayed parked at the guys home for two days. So the late delivery isn't even the worst part about this who process. Keep in mind that we are driving across the country this whole time. We finally arrive in SC on 6/30/16. Checked out my car and everything looked ok. Went for a drive to go say hello to my parents and on my way there was some sort of smell in my car. Was tired that night so didn't pay much attention to it. The next morning I decide to check out my car a little further and in the rear door panel inside a plastic truck stop bag was one opened and drank Fosters Beer Can and one Full Can. So that is why my car smelled like crap, it was from an open beer can. I am absolutely livid at this point because not only did someone unlock my car when they had no need to enter my car, someone was drinking in my car. Who knows what else they did in my car? I call ship a car and tell them what has happened and they were astounded. They call the company that "They Hired" and ask their side. I then get a call from the company telling me that it was my beer or I let someone drive my car and they left it in there. I explain to him that no one has every borrowed my car and I certainly don't drink fosters or have every known anyone that does, or shops at a pilot truck stop. We go back and forth with the owner of the transport company and all he can say is that he is very sorry and he will fire the driver. I am pretty sure that they are related because when we said fosters beer he changed his tune. Anyway I see why they deal in cash because they are not willing to do any refund. No to Shipacar, I explain to them how if I were pulled over driving my car with that beer and open container in the car I would have probably lost my license. They were apologetic and said they will try to get money back from the transport company, which I thought this whole time was them. They got me in touch with a supervisor who only offered to refund me $100.00. After we paid them $300+ , I asked that if they can't return the money that the driver received the next best thing would to do the honorable thing and refund all the money they got on their end. They were absolutely unwilling to make things right and just eat it on their side of the deal. In the end I would say forgo hiring a middle man like this because they pretty much sell your transport to any looser that they have in their system. Just go and find a transport company that actually ships your car and save some money.

I recently hired Ship A car to transport a vehicle from Florida to Texas. I spoke with and dealt with Meredith Anzalone during this process. She made the experience positive. She was professional, informative and prompt in her response to me. If I had to call her with a question, she answered it right away. If I had to leave a message for her, she called back quickly. She showed care and also interest in the back story of this car. She also followed up after the car was delivered to make sure that everything went well. For me, as a woman who never hired a car shipping company before, it was refreshing to deal with another woman. She was respectful whereas, a male I had dealt with before calling Ship A Car, was very offensive. Go with Ship A Car for your Transport Needs! Moving from Minnesota to North Carolina, I was in need of a car shipping service. I called a few different companies for quotes, but Ship A Car was the cheapest. I highly recommend their service. They shipped my 2019 Genesis in an enclosed trailer and I was updated every step of the way with pictures and notifications. I recommend working with Leo and/or Danny.

I had originally scheduled a my car transport with Nationwide auto transportation (don't us them). On the day of my pickup nationwide called me stating that they had no one to pick up my car after I have made a reservation 2 weeks prior. When i originally made my reservation i was told tbwy would contact me two day before the pick. Due to their lack of professionalism I cancelled there service. I called ship a Car the same day and Pepper answered. We scheduled a pickup for the next busy day and with 48 my car was shipped from Florida to California.

These folks are everything they are cracked up to be. The experience from my initial conversation with Chris to the pick-up driver, Sergey, and our delivery driver "Jim", was informative, reassuring, prompt, and EASY. Not the cheapest, or the most expensive by far, and as carefree as shipping your favorite son's prized motorcycle could possibly be. BTW, the bike was delivered late, by 2 MINUTES! I lie, it arrived when the driver said he would arrive, and in the same condition it was shipped in. The whole group was great. Highly recommended.

Ship a Car does not ship your car, they contract transporters to ship your cars. They do the leg work for you. Kristina busted her butt to ship a low riding Corvette for me. She even tried to talk me into finding a local guy to do it cheaper! The car didn't run had a flat, needed to be pushed and turned. Kristina found the right team for the job! Good work, good price!!!!! Give that girl a raise! Kristina is the bomb diggity!🤩

We dealt with Harry burge who did a great job from the initial setting up of the cars and explaining the process accurately to the delivery of the cars to our new address. The experience was really great and have no complaints about the experience.

My dad bought my son a car up in Wisconsin and we needed to get it down to Florida. I did a bunch of research online and found that Ship A Car was part of the Better Business Bureau. They had very good reviews. One thing I liked about them a lot was that they didn't badger me with calls all the time, unlike the other companies that I contacted.   Doug was the rep I had and he was wonderful and had very good communication. My dad lives in the middle of nowhere so we made a decision to add more money to the initial quote so that somebody would pick up the car. The driver was very nice and polite. He took pictures of the car. The car was perfect when it arrived and it was just like it was shipped when it left my dad's house. Everything was wonderful. We had such a good experience that my mother-in-law is using Ship A Car to ship her car out to Arizona at the end of the month.

Ship a car did a wonderful job shipping my cousins car. Sam was so nice and helpful with dealing with my father. My father was trying to take care of this transaction and make all the arrangements. I was the middle person to just clarify some things. Sam took the time to explain to me of everything that was happening and told me what was required from me/my dad. It takes a lot of patience for someone to figure out the details of delivering a car. I will probably use this company if I ever need to ship a car. I was disappointed to see some very low ratings on Yelp about this company. I spoke with Steve and a guy named Mike transported my 2 cars from California to New Orleans. My driver's name was Mike and he called me every day to let me know where he was in his transport. The cars arrived in pristine condition and very timely. I guess everyone's experience is different...but I got all-star treatment.

Although this Company did not ship my car. Their response to my needs and great customer services showed me that they actually were looking to help me. They were transparent and did not give me the run around and called me back the same day to tell me they had a carrier to pick up my car.
